Office and retail projects are the focus of our commercial work. Our designs for office facilities include corporate headquarters, field offices, and speculative buildings for companies and multiple tenants. Fiber-optic networks, audiovisual conferencing, energy management controls and security design are integral parts of our buildings. Our retail designs for over 50 independent stores incorporate extensive merchandising planning using graphic communication and product displays. In addition to new shopping centers, projects focus on expansions and renovations to existing malls. We analyze regional markets to develop features which motivate local buying activity.
